Location: the hotel was very close to the venue's restaurant, and shopping mall and all restaurants. I had a fine twin room with a beautiful view of the sunset. There was free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the service in general was very good!

The hotel is luxious and huge (not cold). Room tidy and nice. Balcony with (for us) view on the swimmingpool and waters around and a lovely salty sea air. The buffet breakfast did not leave anything to wish for.
It is a huge complex.

The facilities are very nice, Clean, comfortable rooms (we were in a bungalow). The pool area is also very nice. You have a mall downstairs, and if you like to hike, you can walk into San Fernando - a rather nice (albeit quiet) town.
Having a car, the location of this hotel was not a problem for us, as we could drive into Cadiz and visit its beaches. But if you have no ready means of transportation, you are largely confined to campus, which is fine (a nice pool, a shopping mall, etc.), but limiting. San Fernando is a bit of a hike, and Cadiz is miles away. There is no access to the beach unless you travel several miles.

I had an absolutely mind-blowing experience at Hotel Bahia Sur! The location was super convenient, with a shopping center right across the road and a beautiful sea promenade for jaw-dropping walks. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help, both at the reception and in the restaurant. The apartment I stayed in was surprisingly spacious and offered a breathtaking view. I was also thrilled to have free Wi-Fi in my room and access to off-site car parking. The hotel facilities, including the bar/lounge area, restaurant, snack bar, and coffee shop, were top-notch. I even enjoyed a picnic at the picnic area with its charming tables. The 24-hour reception and security added an extra level of convenience and peace of mind. The seasonal outdoor pool and solarium were perfect for relaxation, and the laundry service was a great convenience. The flat-screen TV in the room was an enjoyable addition, and the lift made it easy to access all areas of the hotel. The availability of cookware and kitchen utensils allowed me to prepare my own meals. For the more adventurous, the hotel offered exciting activities like hiking, canoeing, wind surfing, tennis, and squash. The option of having breakfast in the room was quite convenient, and the beach umbrellas were a fantastic touch. The game room provided entertainment for all ages, and the children's buffet and cots catered perfectly to families. I also appreciated the availability of board games for some added fun. The hotel's no-pets policy ensured a clean and comfortable environment, and the air conditioning ensured a pleasant stay. Lastly, the no-smoking policy on site created a fresh and enjoyable atmosphere. my stay at Hotel Bahia Sur was absolutely amazing, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly fantastic holiday experience.

I've had many stays - always the same: excellent, helpful staff, great breakfast, although a bit expensive. WiFi much better than before. Close to large mall with good meal choices. Close outdoor parking -free.
As always, the facility is in real need of repair/updating. Good comfort, but a bit run down.

The rooms at Hotel Bahía Sur are super cozy and comfortable. The bed is so dreamy, and the air conditioning keeps the room perfectly cool. It truly feels like a home away from home, and I absolutely loved it!
The only thing I didn't love was the size of the bathroom. It was a bit on the smaller side for my liking, but hey, some people might still find it perfectly adequate.

The hotel had 3 Communinon parties held at the same time, every day of our stay. There was no lounge to sit without the kids running like up and down everywhere, bar full with relatives, no palce to sit to have a coffe, the noice level was unacceptable in the Hotel during these events. The rooms could do with a bit of refurbishing, they look very run down. P. S. the hotel has no double room as I specifically requested.

We like staying at Bahia Sur for the convienience, our daughters swim in the area and it means they can get a good nights sleep. We did however see a decline in care for the apartments and some damp inside.
The room we had a few repairs needed, other than that we had a comfortable stay.

Great staff, good internet. Free outside parking. Close to mall for food & groceries. Great views from ocean-side rooms. Close to train station.
A bit run down, needs updating. Have to be careful of which rooms to stay - some very noisy. Overpriced for the quality - really 3 star, but it is the only thing around.
